Undemanding to the quality of the original oil
High-frequency magnetic-pulse cavitation reactors successfully and stably operate both on crude and refined oils, as well as on all types of animal fats and their mixtures with vegetable oils. These are sunflower, rapeseed, linseed, palm, mustard, etc., with almost any acid number, as well as overcooked oil waste from restaurants and bakeries, beef, pork and chicken fats - waste from livestock and poultry processing factories.

Passing the reaction "in one pass"
In the magnetic pulse cavitation technology, it is not necessary to carry out a repeated interesterification reaction, as in the old "barrel" technologies.
The time for obtaining finished biodiesel is reduced by 8-10 times.
Cleaning with sorbents, washing and drying of biodiesel is not required.
The minimum amount of alcohol and catalyst. No alcohol recovery.

During cavitation treatment, oil heating is not required, and as a result, energy savings are 5-7 times.
Low temperature reaction at room temperature.

Magnetic pulse high-frequency cavitation treatment in the reactor occurs at the molecular level. All components are subjected to pulses of magnetically directed cavitation.
The minimum overall dimensions of the modules are 5-10 times smaller than traditional complexes of similar performance.
